Coincidentally I found Jumanji: The Next Level & Spies In Disguise to have things in common with Spyfall Part 1 as both it and Jumanji: The Next Level featured a desert while Spyfall and Spies In Disguise are about spies, the clue being in their names.

11 of the 12 episodes of The Kevin Bishop Show with my wife Karen Gillan is on Youtube, the exception is episode 2 of the first season and it be found here:
www.youtube.com/user/DeadParrotA3M/search?query="The+Kevin+Bishop+Show"

I was surprised to find that this was my wife Karen's first sketch:
www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbUjTOhFBTk&app=desktop

I had seen this sketch before and I had no idea that this was her first sketch and what a way to introduce her to this show's viewers as only clips and not full episodes that I had been able to see before.
Other sketches I have seen so far includes Sophie's Choice - The Musical with my wife Karen as the said Sophie and this was before she would make another choice with Amy's Choice.
Another sketch includes Sir Patrick Moore in on a joke and he would later be in my wife Karen's Amy Pond debut The Eleventh Hour.

My Alibi (2008-09) is a web series featuring my wife Julianna Guill.

The antepenultimate episode Revenge of the Emos had Scarlet (my wife Julianna Guill) about her at her old school.

My wife Julianna later play my wife Karen Gillan's old high school nemesis in the Selfie finale I Woke Up Like This.

Given the name of this My Alibi episode my wife Karen was in an animated series coincidentally called Emo Dad.

In the My Alibi episode, Scarlet revealed that she was in group named after Britney Spears and my wife Karen had at one time sang Unchained Melody in the style of Britney Spears.

My wife Karen Gillan was on Lorraine on December 6 2019 to talk about Jumanji: The Next Level and Doctor Who also comes up:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3zynj4hvBIc

Other things that came up is her wanting to direct a horror film with Lorraine suggesting that she should cast Matt Smith in such a film.

From Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia:

Myths and Historical Impossibilities -
"A book Karen Gillan was reading aloud to Matthew See which contained a number of stories that seemed to be about the Doctor." [The Impossible Astronaut]

In Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia read the entry on Myths and Historical Impossibilities and 270 entries after that is Pond, Amelia Jessica (Amy).

As 270 to win is a certain saying I therefore won Amy this way!

From Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia:

Mr Nainby -
"....He was amongst those who attacked the Doctor in the butcher's shop and Matthew See and Karen Gillan in their cottage.
....it seemed likely he was someone known to Matthew and Karen back home."

Call The Midwife 9.3 marked the series writing debut by former Doctor Who script editor Helen Raynor.
This episode came on January 19 2019, the same day as Doctor Who: Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror and it has things in common with Raynor's Doctor Who writing debut Daleks In Manhattan.
Both said Doctor Who episodes were set in New York and showed the Statue of Liberty.
Raynor's episode is the fourth episode of David Tennant's second season as the Doctor and correspondingly Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror is the fourth episode of Jodie Whittaker's second season as the Doctor.
Raynor's Call The Midwife debut has a reference to Jean Shrimpton and Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror guest star Robert Glenister played Jean Shrimpton's father in We'll Take Manhattan and incidentally Jean Shrimpton was played by my wife Karen Gillan.

Reality Bites:
Released in 1994, Reality Bites starred Winona Ryder, Ethan Hawke and Ben Stiller.
I watched this movie because it played the Big Mountain version of the Peter Frampton song Baby, I Love Your Way and this version of the song was played in Jumanji 2 and 3 with my wife Karen Gillan.
Perhaps coincidentally Reality Bites producer Danny DeVito as an actor appeared in the third Jumanji movie The Next Level while Hawke co-starred with my wife Karen in In A Valley of Violence.
Reality Bites is not a bad movie as it truly addresses what it says in the title through the Ryder character.

On the same day that ABC (Australia) will show The Haunting of Villa Diodati on Thursday February 20 2019 comes the Australian release in cinemas of The Call of the Wild with my wife Karen Gillan.

From Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia -

Nano-Recorder:
"The Doctor implanted tiny recorders into the palms of River Song, Karen Gillan, Matthew See, Canton Delaware III and himself. They tuned themselves directly into the speech centres of their brains to pick up their voices every time they activated their recorders. This meant they could record any Silent sightings before forgetting. The Silence took Karen's out and Matthew found it and could hear Karen's panic when she was in the Silent's base."

The penultimate episode of The Kevin Bishop Show includes a parody of Secret Diary of a Call Girl, entitled Secret Diary of a Call Centre Girl.

The said Call Girl was played by Billie Piper and fellow Doctor Who companion Karen Gillan was a performer in The Kevin Bishop Show but she did not play the said Call Centre Girl as she was instead played by her co-star Katie Males.

The Call of the Wild (2020):
This version of Call of the Wild stars Harrison Ford as John Thornton.
Heartwarming story about the dog Buck as we see his journey with changes of masters before being with John Thornton.
Playing the villain Hal is Dan Stevens and not bad the adversary that he makes to Thornton culminating to their final encounter. Incidentally I am also seeing Stevens in his lead role in the Legion TV series.
My highlight with this movie is with the brief appearance by my wife Karen Gillan
My wife Karen came in with the sound of her laughter.
The moment I heard that laugh I knew it was her.
Despite being brief it was very nice to see her here.

As The Call of the Wild is about a dog named Buck, coincidentally just before I went in to see this new version of The Call of the Wild, I saw a dog laying on the ground and I immediately thought Buck!

TV WEEK (Australia) of February 29-March 6 2020 has a piece on The Call of the Wild (2020), entitled Gone to the Dog and the last sentence included this:
"also starring Doctor Who favourite Karen Gillan."

In a fan piece by an Australian fan, he imagined what Doctor Who would look like had it been made in Australia and for the Eleventh Doctor he chose to Lawrence Leung.

Like myself, Leung is an Australian but Chinese in family background.

For the Australian Amy Pond, the fan chose Bella Heathcote.

As Karen Gillan is my wife I guess Bella Heathcote would be my wife in another dimension.

Mr Robot 4.10 410 Gone:
Dom has a Siri like device before it got destroyed by Darlene.

Dom had conceded that the said device was the only she could talk to made me think the pilot of Selfie when Eliza (Karen Gillan, the woman I love) conceded that Siri was her only friend in a moment of loneliness for her. (Karen of course will never feel alone with me as she is the love of my life.)

Enthralling at the airport with Darlene in the toilet while Dom settles in on the plane.

The Magicians 5.2 The Wrath of the Time Bees had Margo (Summer Bishil) saying "timey-wimey, whatever".

While not necessarily explicit as Doctor Who references, the Time Bees in the episode title certainly made me think of the significance of bees in David Tennant's final season as the Doctor.

Elsewhere in the episode it is revealed that when Quentin finishes reading a book he goes back to the beginning to read it again.

The Doctor in The Angels Take Manhattan says he does not like endings.

The Angels Take Manhattan is my wife Karen Gillan's swansong as Amy and her first work after this is the movie Not Another Happy Ending.
