Seeing Abbott and Costello in the Foreign Legion and has the duo in the desert.
Coincidentally the recent Jumanji: The Next Level trailer has my wife Karen Gillan in the desert as well.

Saw the penultimate episode of the animated series Double Dragon, The Abyss.

This came on November 28 1993 which was my wife Karen Gillan's sixth birthday.

Seeing a fan colourisation of The Mind Robber.

It starts with the end of the previous story The Dominators with a volcanic eruption.

A volcano also featured in The Fires of Pompeii, my wife Karen Gillan's Doctor Who debut.

The Dominators guest starred Arthur Cox and he later guest starred in The Eleventh Hour, my wife Karen Gillan's Amy Pond debut.

Arrow 8.6 Reset (which is also the name of the sixth episode of Torchwood) references Edge of Tomorrow.

My wife Karen Gillan referenced that movie in Selfie 1.8 Traumatic Party Stress Disorder and the Arrow episode was fasttracked to Australian TV on November 28 2019 which is coincidentally my wife Karen's birthday!

The Picture magazine is soon closing down.

I picked up the December 9 issue and in it has my wife Karen Gillan in Jumanji: The Next Level.

This is fortuitous for me because December 9 is my birthday and I am very much in love with my wife Karen.

I only picked it up as I have learnt it is one of the last issues and seeing the said date and my wife Karen in it truly feels likes a parting gift in more ways than one.

For my birthday on December 9 I had a little Karen-fest as I rewatched her as Amy in Doctor Who: A Good Man Goes To War and as Eliza in that Selfie: Traumatic Party Stress Disorder.

Just before my birthday ended I put on Not Another Happy Ending and saw my favourite scene. (I won't stop looking.)

Saw The Graham Norton Show which came on December 6 2019.
Included here were Dwayne Johnson and Kevin Hart, my wife Karen Gillan's co-stars in the new Jumanji: The Next Level.
Karen was seen in this Show from the Jumanji: The Next Level poster and then a clip of this movie.

From Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia –

Moulin Rouge:
“Parisian nightclub, famed for its wild parties and shows.
The Doctor suggested taking Karen Gillan and Matthew See there in 1890 as a potential wedding present.”

The eighth episode of Batwoman is A Mad Tea-Party.

Coincidentally Selfie's own eighth episode starring my wife Karen Gillan had its own party with Traumatic Party Stress Disorder.

Doctor Who at Christmas:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9RYu41OLfNc

However not every NuWho Christmas is presented as it does not include The Next Doctor, The End of Time Part 1, The Snowmen, The Return of Doctor Mysterio & Twice Upon A Time.

My wife Karen Gillan is in A Christmas Carol & The Doctor, The Widow and the Wardrobe clips.

In A Christmas Carol, Amy came out of the honeymoon suite and I should have been there with her.

In Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia, read the entry on Mr Blue Sky, a song played in Love & Monsters.

Incidentally Mr Blue Sky would later be played in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 featuring my wife Karen Gillan.

The Sydney Sunday Telegraph review of Jumanji: The Next Level with my wife Karen Gillan on December 22 2019 by Vicky Roach gave it three and a half stars, the verdict of “Value-added sequel” and under the headline of “Sequel’s a whole new world of fun.”

It has a picture of my wife Karen with her co-stars in the movie and Roach mentions her in the review as she says that “nobody would dare mess with Karen Gillan’s kick-arse heroine Ruby Roundhouse.”

In Doctor Who: The Encyclopedia read the entry on Mrs Robinson as the Doctor referred to River as that in The Impossible Astronaut.
Well if River was Mrs Robinson then I am in love with the mother of Mrs Robinson!

For this Christmas my sister, niece and nephew got me the Guinness Book of Records 2020 and on page 194 is a picture of my wife Karen Gillan (with Dwayne Johnson) in Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle.
Her presence in this picture is due to fortuitousness as this was about Johnson being the highest grossing earning actor from this movie and her name was not mention at all.

Jumanji: The Next Level:

Jumanji: The Next Level is the third Jumanji movie.

Released in 2019 and it follows on from the previous film Welcome To The Jungle.

The principal cast of Welcome To The Jungle including my wife Karen Gillan are back with new faces in Awkwafina, Danny DeVito, Danny Glover and Bebe Neuwirth.

Quite a surprise on the character that Awkwafina played.

Enjoyable when things unexpected happened, then again that is the Jumanji definition of expected.

My wife Karen was the primary reason in watching this and definitely been given good things to work on especially doing a certain dance routine again.

The bit with the talking horse made me think of the Doctor talking to a horse in Doctor Who: A Town Called Mercy, one of my wife Karen's episode as Amy Pond.

My wife Karen as Ruby says, "I have a boyfriend". If I could fix that I would have her say, "I have a Chinese boyfriend Matthew See".

Jumanji: The Next Level ends surprisingly with something that no one could have foreseen.

Saw Jumanji: The Next Level with my wife Karen Gillan which I found enjoyable and I found out or got reminded that another of her movies the animated Spies In Disguise makes its Australian release on New Year's Day 2020.

Spies In Disguise with my wife Karen Gillan was reviewed by the Sunday Telegraph's Vicky Roach on December 29 2019 giving it three stars and the verdict of "Featherbrained family fun."

Roach mentioned my wife Karen briefly in her review with Eyes the character that she plays.

My wife Karen is mentioned elsewhere in this paper as a cast member of both Spies In Disguise and Jumanji: The Next Level in Holiday Movie Magic by Leigh Paatsch as he gave his ratings for young viewers.

For Jumanji: The Next Level he gave it two stars for under 5s, three for 5-8s, three and a half for 9-12s and three and a half for 13+.

For Spies In Disguise he gave it two stars for under 5s, three for 5-8s, three for 9-12s and two and a half for 13+.

Spies In Disguise:
Released in December 2019, Spies In Disguise is an animated movie and it is based on the 2009 animated short Pigeon: Impossible.
My primary reason for watching this is that the cast includes my wife Karen Gillan as Eyes and I am in love with her.
Having said that the bit when Eyes suddenly became a fan of super spy Lance Sterling was very unnecessary.
Spies In Disguise has Will Smith playing Sterling when he got framed as a traitor and was forced to enlist the help of Walter Beckett (Tom Hollander) and Sterling accidentally turned himself into a pigeon when he drank a formula of Walter's.
Smith and Hollander makes for a good team as Sterling as a pigeon tries to clear his name.
Having initially come across as arrogant, Sterling certainly finally humility as a pigeon.
This plus a good villain with Ben Mendelsohn as Killian.

The eighth episode of On Becoming a God in Central Florida is Birthday Party.

Selfie's own eighth episode is coincidentally also about a birthday party with Traumatic Party Stress Disorder.

Selfie starred my wife Karen Gillan and On Becoming a God in Central Florida stars Kirsten Dunst and both were in Jumanji movies with Dunst in the first Jumanji movie while my wife Karen was in Jumanji 2 and 3.

The Selfie episode that came after Traumatic Party Stress Disorder is Follow Through.

Follow Through brought up the subject of Little Women setting up a key point of this episode.

Dunst incidentally was in the 1994 movie version of Little Women.
