In the final episode of A Vintage Year for Scoundrels, the first volume of Big Finish remake of Adam Adamant Lives!, Georgina Jones Dies! is that it included music that was played on the radio performed by John Smith and the Common Men. What curious about this is that it is a fictional band and it first came to audiences in the very first episode of Doctor Who in 1963. So does this mean the Big Finish remake of Adam Adamant Lives! is set in the Whoniverse.

January 16-18 2022 marks ten years since the broadcast of the first three episodes of K9's Question Time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNpHlM0yVG0K9's Question Time has John Leeson reprising K9 and came as a segment for Stargazing Live: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stargazing_Live As it says in the title this has K9 asking questions. Quite fun as these episode has K9 asked questions about salted peanuts, a voyage around the Moon snd which is the odd one out. These episodes makes up three of the five that were made. The other two became part of the 2013 series of Stargazing Live.

Legends of Tomorrow 7.10 is called The Fixed Point. No doubt The Fixed Point is something got taken from fellow time travel series Doctor Who as the Doctor often says what he considers as a fixed point in time. This episode title is a twofold reference that of the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand which sparked World War I and the name of a bar that exists in another realm of reality.

Taskmaster season 9 opener Join Our Cult from 2019 included a strange rendition of the Doctor Who theme and the materialisation of the red telephone box as it got styled as a red TARDIS and came out contestant David Baddiel dressed as the Thirteenth Doctor!

I am a huge fan and I dont remember that I am heading back for a rewatch EDIT > Ok for me Theme was the same as normal and there is a shot of Alex standing in front of the telephone box and a flashing blue light but no Baddiel as the 13th and no Dr Who theme for me, Was this a regional thing ? EDIT 2> Scratch that just watched a bit more and saw what you meant ..I had totally forgotten that moment

I was looking through TV WEEK (Australia) of February 12-18 2022 when to my surprise I found included in its regular Out Now - The Best of Entertainment feature that of the Doctor Who book The Ruby's Curse by Alex Kingston. Along stating the recommended retail price of $19.99 (Australian) it provides this description: "Can't get enough Doctor Who drama? In The Ruby's Curse, realities and alter-egos collide on a new mission that traverses time and worlds. In 1939 New York, private eye Melody Malone is hired to find The Eye Of The Horus, a stolen ruby that holds the secret location of Cleopatra's tomb. In another reality, River Song - the author of the Melody Malone series - is hired to find the same gem. Suddenly, River is teaming up with the very character she created." This is the first time that I have seen a Doctor Who book included as a piece in TV WEEK.

On The Web of Fear Special Edition DVD saw Going Underground, the documentary on the making of The Web of Fear. This had Ralph Watson commenting on him as Captain Knight being dead when he was killed by a Yeti and that he as Ralph Watson isn't there yet. In the case of sad timing The Web of Fear Special Edition which includes Going Underground came on August 16 2021 almost two months after Watson had died on June 20.

The animated movie Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2019) had Donnie telling Batgirl that his user handle is "Bo staffs are cool". A possible reference to "Bow ties are cool" from Doctor Who, perhaps.

The penultimate of Call The Midwife season 11 saw Doctor Who turned up on the TV showing the title sequence. This marks Doctor Who’s return to Call The Midwife as Doctor Who on television has previously been featured in 8.3. In 8.3 it was an episode of The Aztecs on the TV but for this episode 11.7 it is not known what episode came on as all is shown is the title sequence. 8.3 had Sister Monica Joan becoming an instant Doctor Who fan so it was no surprise that she is watching Doctor Who here in 11.7. Also watching Doctor Who are a couple of kids while the Doctor Who theme is briefly heard when Shelagh has a talk with Timmy.

Watching the animated The Evil of the Daleks and in episode 5 it had Victoria grabbed from behind by Arthur Terrall. The Evil of the Daleks is Victoria's first story and later on in Victoria's last story Fury from the Deep in its own episode 5 she again gets grabbed from behind this time by Robson. Things sure came full circle for Victoria in more ways than one. In all probability this may have been a coincidence with the only people involved on both stories were the main cast of Patrick Troughton, Frazer Hines and Debbie Watling and on the production side of things, Peter Bryant, associate producer of The Evil of the Daleks and producer of Fury from the Deep and visual effects designer Peter Day.

The Rookie 4.4 Red Hot had cops John Nolan (Nathan Fillion), Lucy Chen (Melissa O'Neil) and Tom Bradford (Eric Winter) getting into a house for an investigation and Nolan in remarking on the strange atmosphere of this house says that it feels smaller on the inside. Tim then follows this up by saying like a reverse TARDIS. Tim then gets a look from Lucy when he said that. and says that he does not only watch sports!
Incidentally among Winter's past work was that of Viva Laughin the American remake of Blackpool and his character's counterpart in Blackpool was played by none other than David Tennant.
Also in The Rookie episode is that of a Faraday cage.
The Faraday cage is a real thing and had been seen in Doctor Who in Under The Lake/Before The Flood.

Seeing the official animation of the First Doctor story Galaxy 4 and the end of the first episode Four Hundred Dawns it showed the astral map. The DVD info text says that the astral map had previously been seen in The Web Planet and after Galaxy 4 it wasn't seen again until 2017. The info text did not elaborate when in 2017 the astral map was seen and so I looked up on TARDIS Wiki and it was in Twice Upon A Time with the Twelfth and First Doctors. Surely the significance of having the astral map in Twice Upon A Time was meant as a link back to the First Doctor era especially with Twice Upon A Time showing the First Doctor nearing the end of his time. In a commentary on Four Hundred Dawns, Gary Russell mentioned the astral map turning up in Peter Capaldi's time but he too did not mention that it was in Twice Upon A Time with the First Doctor.

On the official animation of Galaxy 4, the info text for episode 2 Trap of Steel it noted Stephanie Bidmead's (Maaga) other work which included Invasion & The Web of Fear.
When I first read this I immediately thought that I didn't remember ever seeing her in those two other Doctor Who stories before the text stated that Invasion & The Web of Fear are names of a movie and an episode of Doomwatch respectively.
What a clever way to note these facts out!

TV WEEK (Australia) of May 21-27 2022 mentioned Doctor Who in two of its features.
The first is with the Steven Moffat adaption of The Time Traveler's Wife which is on Binge and refer to Moffat as Doctor Who writer.
The other feature is for Couch Confidential with questions asked to Ryan "Brickman" McNaught from Lego Masters.
The penultimate of these questions was: "If I could have one item from any TV character, I'd like:" and the answer is: "Dr Who's [sic] TARDIS".
Accordingly to this response it has a publicity photo of Matt Smith as the Doctor by the TARDIS with the caption: "Ryan covets Dr Who's (Matt Smith) TARDIS..."

Saw the Thundercats episode Dr Dometone. On being introduced to the said Dr Dometone (Bob McFadden), Lion-O's (Larry Kenney) reaction to this name was "Doctor Who?" This came on October 7 1985 and it may or may not be intended to be a reference to Doctor Who.

I listened concurrently to two episodes of the Grindbin podcast which talks about Grindhouse and exploitation films of the 1970s and 1980s.
The two episodes I had listened to was about the movie Malibu Exoress (1985) and the Freddy's Nightmares TV series episode The Bride Wore Red and they came out on April 28 2021 and February 10 2022 respectively.
Given these two episodes came out almost 9 1/2 months apart they both coincidentally has someone mentioning Doctor Who with someone saying that it was like something out of old Doctor Who with what they are seeing!

Saw the first episode of the Inside Legoland documentary series from 2020 which is about the Legoland theme park in the UK when all of a sudden it showed a portrait of the Tenth Doctor with the word TARDIS above it!

The Sydney Sunday Telegraph Binge Guide of July 24-30 2022 has a piece on Doctor Who as it starts streaming on Binge on Thursday July 28 with a picture of Jodie in a pose with the sonic in a publicity photo of Spyfall: "Before Sex Education's Ncuti Gatwa takes the helm of the TARDIS from Jodie Whittaker, why not travel back in time to where it all began (again)? In great news for sci-fi fans, Binge is screening all 12 seasons* of the revamped series, which brought the time-travelling alien out of retirement in 2005, with Christopher Eccleston as the Doctor, for a new generation to enjoy."
Evidently not taking series 13 Flux into account.

The Sydney Sunday Telegraph The Binge Guide of August 21-27 2022 has as its cover story Matt Smith's new show House Of The Dragon. In the piece entitled Into The Lair by Jonathan Moran, Doctor Who gets a mention with Moran referring to Smith as the Doctor Who and The Crown veteran. Also in this same paper is this crossword question: "Played The Doctor's companion Rose (______Piper)" with a picture of he said companion in Boom Town.

Saw the movie A Street Cat Named Bob and it included the said cat Bob wearing a scarf. This led to Betty (Ruta Gedmintas) to call him Doctor Who's twin!

Beforeigners is a Norwegian TV series and the season 2 finale which originally aired on January 2 2022 has as its first shot that of the TARDIS in a fishtank! This seems to reflect on the plotline about time travel and how it involves fish in it.

Rick and Morty 6.3 Bethic Twinstinct had a conversation between Beth and Space Beth in which the latter says that she sleeps in her car as it got a TARDIS thing going on as it is bigger on the inside!

Due to having recently bought The Daleks DVD release from 2015 which has a selection of NuWho Dalek episodes I got to revisit Journey's End, which is included here, this way and when the Doctor and Sarah Jane parted ways, she said she had to get home to her son Luke saying he is only 14. Seeing this now it sure felt prophetic the number 14 being said to David Tennant due to a certain significance of it to him from the end of The Power of the Doctor this year 2022.

On the Galaxy 4 DVD release saw the documentary Finding Galaxy 4 which is about how episode 3 Air Lock got recovered. Included in this documentary is Ralph Montagu who is stated in his capacity as President of the National Motor Museum. However he is also a contributor to content on the Doctor Who DVD releases and he briefly mentioned working on Doctor Who projects. The subtitles correlated him saying on him working on the said projects as this: ".....colour restoration of a number of poetry stories." Somehow I am pretty sure Montagu meant Pertwee stories! So it is Jon Poetry then.
