A chilli and garlic marinated beef roast, slowcooked with onion gravy, and added butter beans and potatoes.... it was delicious and had a certain delicate hotness to the beef fat :) Eaten with a glasses of red wine :D

Crispy duck sandwiches
Roasted a duck yesterday, had loads left over - fried it and put it in between two slices of bread, with a drizzle of honey. Nothing fancy, but absolutely gorgeous.
Pear & Guava J20 accompanied it

Sausages (pork and cranberry - very tasty), with slices of apple (pink lady), carrots (red, orange and yellow) and a sag paneer (spinach with pepper, spices and a couple of cheeses thrown in for the gooey factor). Really rather tasty.

Steamed & pan cooked Beef makes a much better Xmas Dinner, than dry Turkey IMHO . Luckily my Sister doesn't do 'traditional' - thank Roddenberry ... ;-)

Had a Kangaroo steak for the first time earlier . Very tasty - similar to beef . Had it with steamed vegetables , some granary bread , French mustard & tomato relish . I highly recommend it to others if the can get hold of some .
